How do I know if my roof is ready for treatment?

When you see granules flaking off in your gutters or downspouts, you may be ready for a roof rejuvenation treatment. Asphalt shingles have little pebbles that stick together when shingles natural oils are intact, but when those oils begin to dry out with age, they start to flake off. You may also see black stains and streaks or shingles cracking, breaking, and curling. This usually occurs when the roof is around 6 and 10 years old. However, we also help roofs that are 15 to 20 years old and have even worked on roofs up to 30 years old. Since each roof varies, we can do a free inspection to determine if our roof treatment will help you.
